Data-driven insight. Deep expertise. Transformative innovation. Since 1947, Milliman has delivered intelligent solutions to improve health and financial security.
Jenny Gerstorff is a principal and consulting actuary with Milliman's Seattle office. She joined the firm in 2006.
Jenny has spent over 15 years working primarily with State Medicaid Agencies on a variety of topics, such as capitation rate development, new policy feasibility analysis, program integrity monitoring and improvement, state budget forecasting, healthcare delivery system integration, customized risk adjustment, evaluation of health disparities, and encounter data monitoring. Her experience in these areas ranges across both benefit types (Medicaid acute care, long-term care, dental, and other ancillary benefits) and populations (traditional Medicaid, ACA Expansion adults, Medicare-Medicaid dual-eligibles, and other specialized program populations).
Jenny actively volunteers with the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and American Academy of Actuaries workgroups, participating in research efforts, developing content for continuing education opportunities, and facilitating monthly public interest group discussions with Medicaid actuaries and other industry experts.
