Timothy L. Connor
Experience
Tim has 20 years of pension and employee benefits experience. Prior to joining Milliman, he worked for the New York office of USI Consulting Group.
Tim’s areas of expertise include defined benefit plan design, funding and administration issues, multiemployer rules and regulations, withdrawal liability, pension accounting requirements, and plan compliance. He also consults with plan sponsors with respect to pension de-risking, mergers, asset liability modeling, nondiscrimination testing, defined contribution replacement plans, nonqualified plans, and other postemployment benefit plans. Tim’s clients include law firms, corporations, not-for-profits, and multiemployer plans (i.e., Taft-Hartley funds) in various industries.
Tim has served on both the Milliman Corporate and Multiemployer Strategic Planning Groups, and formerly chaired Milliman’s Pension Risk Task Force for corporate defined benefit plans.
