Multiemployer Review: IRS issues guidance on temporary relief measures in American Rescue Plan Act

The IRS published in October Notice 2021-57 regarding the temporary relief measures for multiemployer defined benefit plans in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP). In this review, we summarize the key points, which includes guidance on the following:
