Simon has a wide range of experience in the property and casualty insurance industries. His work experience includes insurance reserving, self-insured feasibility and funding studies, captive planning, ratemaking and pricing, valuation and acquisition, and model development. He has served as the appointed actuary for many insurance entities.

Simon has extensive experience in various lines of insurance, including workers compensation, medical professional liability, general liability, and commercial and private passenger automobile liability.
