John Rupp is a DB implementation analyst in Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice. John is responsible for defined benefits administration and client implementations.
Experience
John has worked in the retirement field with Milliman since 2008, with experience in both implementation and administration of defined benefit plans. As part of Milliman’s Systems Team, John works as the day-to-day contact between the client and Milliman to ensure that requirements are defined appropriately for both calculation- and process-level specifications, configuration results fulfill details defined in requirements and follow Milliman’s standard practices, and that deliverables are provided within the defined timeline and meet client expectations. He also works alongside the Milliman client service team throughout the implementation period to ensure that the transition to the ongoing administration environment is a seamless occurrence from the client’s perspective. He works extensively to ensure that communication between all parties remains free flowing through the entire implementation process.
