
Arlene M. Richardson
Arlene is a principal with the Boston office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1987.
Experience
Arlene’s property and casualty insurance experience includes pricing, loss reserving, funding studies for captives and self-insureds, and pro-forma financial projections. In addition to working on the more traditional lines of business (workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto liability), Arlene also has experience with pricing for the Federal Employers Liability Act, as well as pricing and reserving professional liability coverage.
She has worked with clients that include reinsurance pools, multiline property and casualty insurers, reinsurers, captives, self-insureds, risk retention groups, municipalities, and state insurance departments.
