Experience
Jenny has experience in financial forecasting, reporting, pricing, and reserving for health insurance, including Medicaid and commercial populations. She has developed analyses and reports for Medicaid-managed care rate-settings, Medicaid waiver authority support (including applications, amendments, and cost-effectiveness/budget neutrality for 1915(b), 1915(c), and 1115 Demonstration waivers), Medicaid budget forecasting, Medicaid long-term care programs, Medicaid risk scoring and disease management, new program feasibility studies, and healthcare reform population and financial projections.
She has consulted to state Medicaid agencies and health plans in more than 15 states.
