Andrew Bourg is a consulting actuary with the Chicago office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2014.
Experience
Andrew’s primary areas of expertise are pricing, financial forecasting, and reserving for health plans. He has assisted health plans with Individual and Small Group ACA filings, as well as Medicare Advantage bid submissions. Other clients have included policy organizations, mid- to large-size employers, and Consumer Operated and Oriented Plans (CO‑OPs).

- Developing statutory proforma financial projections
- Designing commercial products to help optimize the ACA’s risk adjustment program
- Assisting with state expansion licensing requirements for ACA plans
