Before joining Milliman, he served as an associate director and process governance leader at Willis Towers Watson, where he managed large-scale implementations, maintained key client relationships, and contributed to process improvements at a national level. Previously, as a health and welfare performance team leader at Alight, Aaron set operational strategy, led administration teams, and optimized system implementations across multiple benefits platforms. His strengths include project management, benefits administration, process design, and software implementation, making him well-equipped to deliver innovative solutions in today’s dynamic benefits landscape.
