Aaron Ward

Before Milliman, he worked as an associate director and process governance leader for Willis Towers Watson. There, Aaron managed implementations, maintained client relationships, and contributed to best practices and process improvements at the national level. Aaron’s strengths are project management, benefits administration, business process, plan design, and software implementation.

Previously, Aaron served as a health and welfare performance team leader at Alight. During his time there, Aaron set strategy, drove administration operations, and optimized implementation across multiple benefits administration and data management systems. He has been in the retirement industry since 2004.
