Bill Wade is an associate actuary with Milliman in Chicago. He joined the firm in 2019.
Bill provides actuarial services to multiemployer defined benefit plans. He assists with actuarial valuations, assumption and benefit improvement studies, asset/liability projections, withdrawal liability calculations, the design and preparation of participant benefit statements, certification of individual retirement benefit calculations, and completion of various IRS and PBGC filings. In addition, Bill assists in projects such as benefit suspensions under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014, and the design and implementation of rehabilitation and funding improvement plans. Bill came to Milliman with nine years of actuarial consulting experience and over eleven years of total actuarial experience.
