• Provider payment model analytics, including value-based programs and global risk
• Payer-provider contract analysis and benchmarking, network development consulting
• Medicare Risk Adjustment analytics and operations
• More than seven years working in Medicare Advantage, including Part D and MA pricing
• As a certifying actuary where he led development of Part C Bids
• Commercial group pricing for small and large employer segments
• Data mining and analysis
