She has been in the industry for over 25 years and provides a wealth of knowledge to her clients. Her work experience has provided consulting and service to clients with defined benefit and defined contribution plan designs. Partnering with her clients in a consultative approach, she guides clients through the intricacies of plan design, legislative regulations, implementation of company acquisitions, and ongoing administration. Her experience encompasses a broad expertise that includes profit sharing, 401(k), ESOP, 403(b), 457, defined benefit, and qualified and nonqualified defined contribution plans. Darlene has worked in the financial services industry since 1997.
