Grace Chang

Since joining Milliman, Grace has primarily worked on financial reporting and modeling for annuity products. She supported annuity financial reporting for a large U.S. insurer for almost five years. The position involved implementing the production process for a new reporting framework and providing analysis on quarterly financials to senior management. Her most recent project involved assisting a Bermuda reinsurer to set up flow operations. In that role, she helped develop the operating cadence, including governance around various processes, for reporting, valuation, and pricing.

During her time with Milliman, Grace has worked on a variety of projects, including pricing, with a focus on fixed and structured annuities, risk policy development/model validation, and valuation system conversion. She is also experienced with M&A deals and has worked on several reinsurance transactions for various clients.
