Julie Cannaday
Julie Cannaday is a principal and financial education manager for Milliman's Employee Benefits Administration Practice. In her role, she prioritizes the participant experience by leveraging her extensive benefits expertise to develop and implement meeting strategies tailored to client cultures. Julie oversees the integration of human resources and retirement plan education to ensure comprehensive benefits communication. She leads a team of experienced retirement educators and on-site representatives, while also conducting high-level executive retirement consultations.
Experience
Julie has been in the retirement industry since 1982, bringing over four decades of expertise. Before joining Milliman, she was responsible for employee benefits education across multiple Southwest Airlines locations, including the corporate headquarters. Julie’s extensive background in employee benefits, combined with her deep knowledge of retirement and health and welfare plans, has enabled her to craft comprehensive communication strategies that maximize employee benefit awareness and appreciation.
