Joanna’s experience spans a broad range of healthcare actuarial topics including Medicare Advantage bidding, commercial and individual health insurance pricing and filing, medical claims reserving, and alternative payment arrangement modeling. Joanna also has expertise in medical and pharmacy claims analytics for insurers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers, and others. She has years of experience effectively utilizing data, backed by knowledge of the dynamics of risk-bearing entities in the industry, in order to give clients the necessary tools to develop strategies and make more informed decisions for their organizations.

Joanna is a passionate professional who strives to provide value to clients through a deep holistic understanding of the U.S. healthcare system. She is currently obtaining her Executive Masters in Health Administration from Cornell University and will use the unique combination of this education with her actuarial background to encourage stronger collaboration between industry stakeholders and to develop innovative, data-driven solutions for payers, providers, and consumers of healthcare alike.
