Milliman’s 2011 Interstate Compact Survey Report is a follow-up to its survey and report issued in October 2009. Both surveys examined company decisions to file—or not to file— through the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact, which allows for approval of new product submissions in 60 days or less. The 2011 report details company filing decisions to date, as well as the experiences of companies that have filed submissions.
