Essential health benefits: What is typical?

16 May 2011

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) introduced the concept of "Essential Health Benefits," which will establish minimum requirements for the services covered by Exchange-sold policies. This report summarizes available data on "typical" health benefit plans, with an emphasis on prescription drug benefits.

This paper was commissioned by Pfizer Inc.
