Conducting a long-term care experience study: Traps and pitfalls

In long-term care insurance, there are a number of issues to consider when reviewing experience and setting projection assumptions for the future. This article focuses on possible trouble areas where additional thought may be necessary and discusses two general categories: policy termination assumptions and morbidity assumptions.
