Rebecca Connell
Rebecca Connell is a Principal and DB implementation manager in Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration Practice. Rebecca is responsible for defined benefits administration and client implementation.
Experience
Rebecca has worked in the defined benefits field since 2002, with a background in both administration configuration and management, as well as the actuarial consulting realm. She has experience managing both implementation and technical teams and has extensive knowledge of system configuration solutions.
As a principal, Rebecca works with both the client and the implementation team to ensure that requirements are defined appropriately for both calculation and process level specifications, that configuration results fulfill details defined in the requirements, that they follow Milliman’s standard practices and that deliverables are provided within the defined timeline and meet client expectations. She also works alongside the Milliman client service team throughout the implementation period to ensure that the transition to the ongoing administration environment is a seamless occurrence from the client's perspective. She works extensively to ensure that communication between all parties involved remains free flowing through the entire implementation process.
Prior to joining Milliman in 2015, Rebecca worked for Willis Towers Watson (formerly Watson Wyatt) and Morneau Shepell in various roles.
