Yelena provides pension and OPEB services to both private and public sector clients. She possesses strong hands-on skills and in-depth knowledge of pension and OPEB plans. Yelena’s work includes:

• Delivering actuarial valuations and FASB/GASB accounting disclosures
• Setting assumptions and performing experience studies
• Modifying plan designs to achieve client objectives
• Developing forecast models
• Advising clients on risk mitigation
• Managing plan terminations
