David has over fifteen years of experience in the public and private sectors, including experience in the design and administration of custom salary and benefit surveys, employee pay programs, and benefits valuation. He is experienced with a broad cross-section of industries including: healthcare, retail, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, public/not-for-profit, high technology, and telecommunications.
