The Milliman Medicare Advantage Competitive Value Added Tool (Milliman MACVAT®) is a comprehensive tool that allows users to quickly evaluate relative values of Medicare Advantage program plans.

MACVAT includes our unique value added metric and enrollment, premium, and overall star ratings. Delivered via Excel or Power BI dashboard, the tool supports visual comparisons and deep dives across counties, states, plan-defined service areas, and national markets. Nearly all MA-PD benefits are included, including in and out-of-network, Part D, Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI)/Uniformity Flexibility (UF), and both mandatory and optional supplemental benefits.
