Community-based quality coalitions, now active in many areas of the United States, are demonstrating that it is possible to use health data from multiple sources to improve healthcare quality and transparency.
Community coalitions and chartered value exchanges (CVEs) have complex health care data warehouse and provider quality measurement needs, but must also support positive change in the healthcare system by delivering actionable insights.
