Kyle Hughes is a principal and EB Admin national sales leader for the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration Practice. He is responsible for sales and marketing of all services delivered by Milliman and for building strategic relationships with consultants and advisors. Kyle joined Milliman in 2007.
Kyle has special expertise in the areas of traditional corporate plans, public plans, hospitals and nonprofit organizations for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. He leads the sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for the client, then coordinates with the client, Milliman consultants, and outside advisors to deliver a smooth transition during the implementation.
Kyle has been in the retirement and financial services industry since 1998 with the last 15+ years focused exclusively on the institutional market. He has expertise in the areas of plan design, compliance, communications, consulting, administration, and investment advisory services for all types of retirement and employee benefit plans.
